Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. EFT orders cleared before 11am weekdays will ensure same day processing.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across South Africa. If your location falls outside standard courier zones, we’ll contact you to arrange alternative delivery or pickup options.

- Major cities: 2–4 business days
- Outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are flat rated at R99.00 for all orders under R550. We offer free shipping on select promotions and orders over R550.00 — keep an eye out for banner deals!
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can monitor your parcel’s progress directly through the courier’s website.
Delivery Exceptions
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or restricted zones. If your address is flagged during checkout, we’ll reach out to confirm alternate arrangements.
Delays & Service Interruptions
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather, or supplier issues. We’ll notify you promptly if your order is affected.
