Our refund and returns policy is aligned with Esquire Technologies, our fulfillment partner, and complies with South African consumer protection laws. Quotes are valid only until close of business on the date issued.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns may not be accepted unless covered under warranty.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
- Products must be in resalable condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
- Software and digital licenses
- Consumables (e.g. printer ink, batteries)
- Clearance or end-of-range items
- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by Esquire Technologies, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address once your request is approved.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@newtechshop.co.za or via WhatsApp. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
